Emmanuel Church Shop is located at 12A-14 Milton Street and is open between 10am and 4pm Monday to Saturday each week. The shop is run by an enthusiastic group of volunteers who are inovlved in a variety of ways from sorting, pricing and renovating to serving in the shop. A large variety of quality donated goods are on sale including clothing, bedding, curtains, books, toys, small eletrical items, swing machines, vacuum cleaners, jewellery, kitchen items and bric-a-brac. The money generated from the shop supportes the ission and ministry of Emmanuel Church. The shop also supports the work of the Great North Air Ambulance by donating all unsold and usaleable clothing and soft furnishings which are cllected every fortnight. |
